End of
Year Picnic - June 22
Help Needed
The end of
year picnic is set for Tuesday, June 22 at Washington Lake Park from
noon until 3:00 at pagoda B (across from the amphitheatre). Parent
volunteers are needed beginning at 11:30. Hamburgers, hot dogs,
and sodas will be provided by the Orchestra Patrons, but we are seeking
donations of the remaining food, coolers, and ice. Please see
details. |

Tuxes and Dresses
Orchestra
dresses and tuxes will be collected the week of June
7. Please take care of getting them cleaned NOW so that you can
turn them in next week. Tuxedos need to be dry cleaned; dresses can be
put be washed. To speed up the collection process, please label the
garment bag with the student's name. |
